Campus To Corporate Transition Program

Many studies have shown how soft skills are directly linked to success. This is true especially in the education sectors where skills such as communication, language, personal habits, interpersonal skills, managing people, leadership, etc. that characterize relationships with other people are more crucial and relevant than in other sectors.

Teaching is a complex act, requiring a wide range of knowledge and skills including hard and soft skills to successfully manage the demands of the classroom Hence, Faculty’s soft skills are most important. The attainment of these skills will make a difference in quality of teaching and effective learning.

At Mentora India, we are rooted in the very belief that the teachers are the back bone of any progress, from a society to a country; a teacher silently shapes the future. As a social initiative, we at Mentora warmly extend or hands in sharing this valuable thought through our Faculty Effectiveness Workshop to every teacher of this country.

This structured course aims to enable delegates to improve their soft skills such as teamwork, working in a multicultural environment, managing a team, leadership, crisis and conflicts management, public speaking and communication, meeting management.

The general aim of this course is to foster excellence in education by empowering teachers, trainers, principal and other education staff to improve their soft skills.

So far we have reached 1800 teachers last year and are poised to reach 15000 teachers this year as our contribution to MAKE IN INDIA.
